Tariff Bites: Important Update on U.S. Shipping

Dear United States Clients,

We would like to inform you of some important changes regarding shipments to the United States:

• The Tariff Has Arrived: On August 29, the U.S. will remove the threshold that previously exempted low-value items from duties and fees. All shipments, regardless of value, will be subject to the new 19% tariff.
• Postal Service Limitation: Our mail service partners, including USPS and the airlines, currently do not have a system to process these tariff efficiently and have temporarily declined to carry them. This means economy and free shipping options are currently unavailable until further notice.
• FedEx Option: You can still order on the website and we can still ship via FedEx. This method is much faster but comes with significantly higher costs.
• New Amazon U.S. Store: We have stocked some of our products (mainly paper packs) in Amazon warehouses in the states. These items can be delivered within a few days at a cost comparable to what you are used to. Visit our Amazon store
