Shipping policy, cost, and time

Generally, all orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. However, there can be an unexpected delay in processing due to abnormally high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

The cost of shipping is determined automatically based on the total weight of the items you order. Our store offers two primary product categories: parent sheets and A4 paper packs (including origami packs). Occasionally, we are unable to combine these two product types into a single package to prevent paper wrinkling. In such cases, if you order both types of products, you may receive separate packages on different days.

At the time of checkout, the shipping cost that has been computed based on your order and shipping address will be displayed to you. You don't need to worry, as this step takes place prior to entering your payment details.

All shipping will arrive within 30 days but the actual shipping time should be a lot faster than that.
US: 10-20 days
Europe, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand: 10-20 days
Asia: 7-10 days
Thailand: 2 days

Please note that if orders need to be re-shipped due to customers' personal circumstances, errors in the information provided by the customer, or issues with the final delivery service which is beyond our control, the customer will be required to pay the cost of re-shipment.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kozo.Studio is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
