Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins from the day you (or a third party you nominate) receive the last item of your order, and is extended if it ends on a weekend or public holiday.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us before the withdrawal period expires. The easiest way is through your customer account at https://account.kozo.studio — go to your Orders and submit a return or cancellation request. You can also contact us at admin@kozo.studio.

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the item(s). For EU customers, we will refund the full price of the item(s) plus the cost of standard outbound shipping, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice (provided we have received the returned item(s) or proof of return).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, log in to your customer account at https://account.kozo.studio and submit a request through your Orders. Alternatively, contact us at admin@kozo.studio. Returns must be sent to: 21/1 Moo. 13 Si Satchanalai rd., Pa Kum Ko, Sawankhalok District, Sukhothai 64110.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. For EU customers, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom or personalized items, perishable goods, or sealed items opened after delivery where return is unsuitable for hygiene reasons.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 14 days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

For EU withdrawal requests, refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your notice.
